Tonight was the big charity dinner which Tom had organised with Iain Baillie from South Downs College, the fundraising was for The Brathay Trust in memory of Matt Campbell.
The dinner was a 5 course meal with wine pairings, created by Tom and his team which included Steve Groves, Duncan Wilson, Sean Williams and Tom Moody. Tuva helped in the kitchen and Alex helped with the service along with Iain and numerous students.
The dinner was;
Snacks | Amuse Bouche | Bread | Halibut | Cauliflower Cheese | Monkfish | Duck | Apple Tarte Tatin.
The event went extremely well and the majority of the places were filled, this in conjunction with a blind auction helped to raise a massive total of £7,800.00 !
A great evening and very humbling to see so many people helping Tom and the charity.
