Awesome location for cycling, stayed at Malaucene at the foot of Mont Ventoux with 8 other team mates, plus DCB & Kathy. Weather was sunny most days, there was a strong wind for a few days early on in the week, but generally the weather was perfect. Rode out on the Friday to watch Bradly Wiggins riding past on a stage of Paris-Nice, where he made history to be only the 2nd Brit in history alongside Tommy Simpson to win the Yellow Jersey. Only downside was the cough I’d brought with me which dampened my cycling ability until the last day.
