Tom was working with Roux at Parliament Square’s stand at the Taste London food festival, Hyde Park.
Smuggled in by Tom with staff passes we were well looked after by the Roux team, with food and champagne.
Met plenty of celebrity chefs and we both had a very enjoyable day.
