As part of Tom’s 30th Birthday present we went for dinner at The Ritz in London, this is something that Tom had always wanted to do and they were in the UK with Jordan.
A truly special place with it’s classic styling and first class service. We opted for the 6 course taster menu and were treated to a delightful meal, Tuva knew the sommelier and he helped make the evening special with additional courses including crepe suzette prepared at the table, a birthday cake and a wide range of wines and champagne.
Unfortunately for me the trains were running a replacement bus service and I drove us to Guildford, but it was no big deal, although sleep time didn’t happen until 1am which for a school night was tough!
