Thursday 9th January
Smooth flight and arrived at the Waterfront Hotel around 5pm. Quick walk to Zara and the Point.
Happy Hour drinks and dinner at the hotel.
Friday 10th January
Bus to Valletta, walk around and then tour around St. John’s Cathedral which was interesting especially the Carrivaggio section.
Tapas dinner at Hammets which was very good.
Saturday 11th January
Run this morning up to Manoel Island.
Popeye Village which was actually quite fun. Got roped into making a film which was interesting.
Called into St.Paul’s Bay on the way back, walked around the coast, McDees and then taxi back. Another walk to the pointless point.
Italian meal at portopalo in Sliema, very nice food.
Sunday 12th January
Meanderings before afternoon flight home.
