Myself and Tom ran this today, usual pain and suffering for this bitch of a run. Tom did amazing well and finished 3rd, beating some top local runners. My success? well I beat Simon who pipped me on the line 2 years ago, lost count of how many times “never again” went through my mind.
To round off a sporting day, Phil finished 3rd in a cat.2 race, picking up a hill prime and 50 pounds prize money.
