Phil raced in this Surrey League handicap race finishing 3rd in the sprint with some top company:-
“I was away on my own for a bit, then joined by one more for ages. Then joined by Chris McNamara and one other. Lots of attacking each other, then 3rd in the sprint. Really tough race”
