With a crash ending in Phil’s chances for this years Welsh Ras, the injured knee is healing nicely and he is now getting back to form. With DHC Racing no longer existing he has joined up with Cannondale Racing who have given him a top of the range Super Six plus new kit, top bunch of guys including some of his DHC team mates plus James & Mike Cotty.
